Orders are usually shipped within 48 hours via USPS. In most instances and distances, you can expect your order to arrive in 5 to 7 days. You will receive a Tracking Number once your order has shipped.
We want you to be satisfied with your order, therefore most items can be returned for refund within 14 days of the delivery date. Before returning an item, you must contact us for a return authorization. Items that are returned due to customer errors will incur a 20% restock charge which will be deducted from the refund amount, and shipping charges are not refundable.
All shipping costs associated with returning the product to us will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please Note: For health reasons, the following items are not returnable… Muscle Massagers, Gloves, Fitness Belts, Apparel, Personal Care Items, Food Items.
