This is a great exercise for isolating the abdominal muscles, building strength in the hip flexors, and developing your core.
Whether you use a wall-mounted unit or a free-standing unit, ‘Double Vertical Knee Lifts’ are a great compliment to your other AB exercises.
- Weight: Can be performed with ankle weights or by holding a dumbbell between your feet.
- Sets: 3 – 4
- Reps or Duration: 12 Reps or 30 Secs
